rice 2cups (fully boiled with 1 tbs salt) noodles 1 cup (fully boiled with 1 tbs salt) oil 3 tbs eggs 3 (whisk and add 1/4 ts salt & black pepper make scrambled eggs and keep aside) ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs dark soya sauce 3tbs salt 1 ts crushed black pepper 1 1/2 ts red bell pepper 1 small (julienne cut) cabbage 1 cup (finely cut) carrot 1/2 cup (grated) fresh ginger 1 inch (julienne cut) bullet green chillies 4 (sliced) spring onions 1/2 cup - : : heat a ts of oil and add the whisked eggs with salt, black pepper and cook it well and keep aside.heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger & garlic paste for 2 minutes on high flame, then add the chicken and cook it completely on high flame.when the chicken is cooked add the tomato ketchup, dark soya sauce, sugar, salt, crushed black pepper, red chillie powder, crushed red chillie, 1 cup of water mix well, cover and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame, and the gravy is ready.
- Rice Recipe:
heat oil in a pan and add the fresh ginger, ginger & garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes on high flame.keep the flame high & add the cabbage, carrots, crushed black pepper, salt, dark soya sauce mix it then add the spring onions, green chillies, bell pepper mix it and saute for 1 1/2 minute.then add in the boiled noodles mix it well, add the cooked eggs, and the boiled rice and mix it well. - For Serving:
