- 2 black cardamom
- 1/2 piece nutmeg
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup oil
- Water as required
- Garnish
- French fries as required
- 1 onion (crispy brown onion)
Instructions to make to make Chicken Mandi
- Dry roast all ingredients of Mandi Masala and turn off the heat and allow it to cool and grind well.
- Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and Mandi Masala.
- Put the strainer on the pot put Chicken on the stainer and cover it with a lid on low medium heat for 25 minutes. In the end give the coal smoke.
