- 1 TSP salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 TSP turmeric powder
- 1/2 TSP coriander powder
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Green chillies
- leaves Coriander
- For tarka
- 2 TSP oil
- 1 TSP cumin seeds
- 4 Curry leave
- For kababs
- 1 kg beef boneless
- 1 packet shami kabab masala
- 1 pot garlic
- 2 piece ginger
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 onions
- 3 green chillies
- 2 eggs
Steps to make to make Daal kabab
- Soak daal chana for 2 hours then boil it


- Cut onions,het oil in pot and fry them till golden



- Add spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder



- Salt and mix well

- Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes,coo for 5 minutes then add boiled daal



- Bhonify it for 5 7 minutes then add daal stock


- Cook until daal becomes thick

- Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds and Curry leave cook for 2 minutes then pour it on daal


- In meat add all above-mentioned ingredients



- Daal chana add water and let it cook on medium flame until water dries and meat and daal becomes tender,mash batter and add eggs


- Give shape of kababs,heat oil in pan and fry them until they becomes golden



- Put them on daal,you can add them in daal too but as I made daal only for 3 people which is less in quantity so I'm putting them on daal

- Daal kabab is ready serve with salad chapati
