- First marinate chicken in yogurt,tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste.

- Cook rice add chillie flakes, salt, soy sauce, when done add coal smoke if u like more aroma.
- Make a sauce in mayonnaise add katchup,sugar, black pepper and mix well.
- Take oven proof dish and first layer is rice than veggie and than chicken and lastly mayo layer and if u like add potato fries on it and bake 5 min in oven your bbq rice is ready.
