- To make the pudina masala, grind the ingredients mentioned above and keep them aside.


- Wash and soak basmati rice for 15 minutes.
- Heat ghee and olive oil. Add cumin seeds and other whole garam masala and saute till aromatic.

- Mix ground pudina masala and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.


- Transfer this pudina masala with water and salt to a rece cooker. Add soaked rice and chopped veggies also.

- Cover the lid of the rice cooker and cook till done.
