- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
Instructions to make to make Dal chawal ππ
- For Dal: Boil 2 cup water and add all spices with Dal

- Now cook it on medium flame until Dal gets soft

- Now make puree of tomatoes and add in dal


- Now add green chillies and this puree into Dal and again Cook

- When Dal gets thick and soft and come up in a nice texture just give it a sizzling garlic trka

- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander

- For rice:
Saute onions in oil and zeera, black pepper and salt


- Then add in yogurt and water


- Let it boil and then add soaked rice

- Let it cook for a while until water gets dry.then cover for few mins on low flame...
