  5. Now layer the biryani with rice at the bottom, then gravy with vegetables, fried onion, cashew, tomato,mint, kewra water, then again layer of rice topped with gravy and vice versa.. Make 3 layers.Put ghee on burning coal and keep it on top of biryani to give Smokey flavor. Now cover the Handi tightly and cook on slow flame for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and mix the biryani lightly.. Serve hot with salad and raita.. Plate present in different ways..Enjoy
