- I was not having broken rice so I Soaked the rice for 4-5 hours and washed properly. Pressure cook it with 6-7 whistles. Add salt in that.

- Take a pan. Add Ghee. Add jeera and asfoitida. Once jeera is crackled add curry leaves.



- Add boiled rice in that. Add curd and mix it well. It should be semi thick. Add crushed green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt if needed. Serve hot.
