- 3 green chillies
- as needed Saffron in half cup of milk
Instructions to make to make Kabuli
- Boil rice with whole spices,2 spoon ghee,2spoon lemon juice. And cool it.

- Take a pan and heat the oil and deep fry slices onion, carrot, potato, bread and keep aside.

- Make a paste using green chilli and onion. Warm some ghee and add the paste to it.Saute it for some time while adding dry maslas into it.


- Add conflour in curd and then add the prepared mixture into it. Keep it for some time.
- After frying add fried vegetable and mix it.

- Take another pan and spread half amount of gravy in a layer form then spread rice and repeat the process once.


- Then put the fried bread, coriander and mint leaves. Pour saffron milk, 2 spoon ghee on it. Then steam it for about 20 minutes. Serve with raita.
