- Green coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Garam Masala powder
- Colour
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp yellow colour (zarda colour)
- 1 kg Basmati Rice boil
Steps to make to make Bombay Biryani
- Take a wok add oil, chicken, onion paste, ginger garlic paste



- Add tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice.



- Take a bowl add yogurt and Biryani Masala.



- Mix well.

- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, coriander powder,salt and mix well. Rest for 15 minutes.


- Add yogurt mixture in the wok and add 1 cup water in the bowl of yogurt mixture and add it in the wok with chicken.



- Now add red chilli buttons and cook until chicken is tender and water dries.

- Add green coriander leaves,mint leaves and Garam Masala powder.



- Bombay Biryani Masala is ready.

- Add boil rice.

- Take a bowl add milk, yellow colour and mix well.



- Add the food colour and cover the lid for dum.
Low heat flame on stove then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low flame.

- Mix gently and serve hot with Salad and Raita.
