- 3 kg Rice (soaked)
- 1 kg boiled chickpeas + water
- 250 gm yoghurt
- 4 onion chopped
- 1/2 kg tomato chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves chopped
- 20,25 green chilli chopped
- 3 tbsp Green Chilli paste
- 10,12 whole green chilli
- 3,4 stick curry leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Black cumin seed (shah zeera)
- 3,4 Bay Leaf
- 1 tbsp pepper corn
- 3,4 star anise
- Salt to taste
- 50 gm Pulao masala
- 10,12 whole green chilli
- Water as required
- 3 cup Oil
- 1 cup Purifier butter (ghee)
- Brown onion for garnishing
Steps to make to make Chana Pulao
- Heat the oil and ghee together and add whole spices after a second add all chopped vegetables and fry it until oil get separate


- Now add ginger, garlic paste green chilli past and curry leaves mix all add little amount of water (if required)and cook it 7,10 minute

- Now add salt, yoghurt and Pulao masala, water and mix them well and let it cook 5,7 minute

- Then add boiled chickpeas whit there water mix to all and cover it for 7 to 10 minute

- After 10 minutes add soaked rice, whole green chilli and water Mix nicely,then remain little amount of water cover it nicely and let it cook.first 5,7 minute on high flame then cook it on low flame about 10,15 minute then dish it out and add brown onion before serving.


- Chickpeas/ Chana Pulao is ready, Try at your home and enjoy
