- Take a cooker add oil khada masala sliced onion saute for 2- 3 mins nd add ginger garlic mix it for 2 mins nd add tomatoes cook till tomatoes become musshy
- Take a cup add turmeric, coriander powder nd red chilli powder nd biryani salt to taste add curd mix it well nd add this mixture in cooker mix it well
- Cook for atleast five min saute it till oil separate now add rice mix it well add water cook for 5 - 8 mins without any lid after that add fried eggs fried onions nd mint leaves last but not the least add soaked kesar milk
- Give 3 whisle on heigh flame nd switched off the gas serve hot
