- 1 lemon

- Marinate chicken
- For marination- take curd in a bowl,add salt,res chilli powder, turmericpowder, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, coriander powder, jeera powder
- Clean and wash chicken pieces
- Marinate in ready curd paste for min 30min
- Take handi(big pot) add oil and ghee together, put ginger garlic paste, biryani masala,add marinated chicken



- Cover and Cook for 20 min
- Now take out half pieces, add layer of wash rice and again chicken layer
- Cover and cook for 20min on low flame,Once cooked, sprinkle coriander leaves, fried onions slices, cashews and lemon juice and serve hot with curd or raita.
