- For handvo batter mix rice n all pulses n soak it for 4 to 5 hrs
- Then at the time of grinding add green chilli ginger curd n grind it well n make a fone paste n rest gor 7 t 8 hrs


- Take a mixture then add salt grated carrot n bottel guard asetofidia coriander leaves oil baking soda mix it well

- Heat the pan add oil then add seasame mustard seeds cook it till crackel then add dry red chilli n curry leaves then immediately add the whole mixture of Handvo n cook it till golden brown from both sides serve hot with chutney n sauce
